The scanner itself is okay, but you can only READ codes. If you want to clear/erase the codes you have to BUY the software. That is an additional $19.99 on top of the cost.

You have connect trough the Wifi setting on your phone not Bluetooth. My brake light was out due to a code on my Ford and I cleared code and it worked. Found instructions on YouTube!
