Accidentally put it over some sharp corners. checked it today to re-adjust it and load some boat stuff. No tears or snags, reset with covers on the sharp edges, and ready for winter.

Everything feels good about this cover, BUT I bought this for my 24' pontoon, and this is VERY tight. It's tight to the point it feels like the corners where it wraps the floor trim is going to burst, and this is my first time using. Also, I think this is meant for a fully fenced-in 24' of boat deck. I have an older boat that has about 4 feet of open deck on the front so it has pockets that are destined to catch water. Will be continuing my search for a larger cover. ... show more

Item arrived a# scheduled. This was purchased for an 18’ pontoon boat. The cover was much larger than I expected, however it gave my boat including the motor excellent protection from rain, leaves and the sun. It has held up well with only minor discoloration from the sun. South Mississippi summers can be brutal. I used a separately purchased PVC support frame to hold up the cover and have had excellent results. Hopefully I will get a few seasons before replacing. Cover was heavier (thicker) than expected, which made putting it on without help difficult. More important is the need for centerline support, higher than the sides of the pontoon, to ensure that water will not pool on top. Tie-down straps are very good, although more information about proper installation and use would help. Just installed cover, cannot rate water resistance or durability. ... show more

This was a pretty decent cover to start. It was downhill from there. Any water that is allowed to pool WILL leak through, a lot. After one season of use for storage several of the seams completely deteriorated and let go, along with the stitching holding the bungee strap at the bottom. I contacted the manufacturer about a warranty claim and got the run around for a few weeks until they stopped communicating all together. This cover will do well for a summer season if supported and peaked in the center, but don't expect it to last a Wisconsin winter outside. Call it a one year disposable unit. ... show more
