Updated: I had recieved a defective item, but within a day of posting my review I was contacted by customer service, who very promptly sent out a replacement (arrived in two days with Sunday delivery) that works perfectly. Thank you for the great customer service. it is much appreciated! If you have the slightest problem with this item, contact Elite directly ASAP. They are super friendly and helpful. Changed to full stars. The kids love this game! We really wanted to love this one, as my child specifically asked for a ring toss game for a birthday party. It looks great, and the handy tote is a great selling point for it. Plus it's the perfect size for young players. However, after we set it up for the kids to play with I noticed that is was a little wonky, with two of the pegs sticking out at odd angles. I asked the kids to give me a minute to fix it, thinking it was a slipped thread on the rods and it would be quick and easy to unscrew and screw back together properly. The first rod came off easily, but I couldn't really get it back on perfectly straight. Moving on to the second rod, I quickly noticed it was jammed. I gave it another twist, and the rod came off, but without the threaded part at the bottom. It had snapped right off. Upon closer inspection, the holes on one plank had been mis-threaded, causing the rods to jam up when screwed together. Had I left well enough alone, the kids would have at least gotten a day out of it, but once it broke that was it for the game. It really was a shame, as my first impression after receiving the game in the mail was that this would be perfect for our party, and figured I would just keep it handy in the trunk for other family events and such. ... show more

Took it with me on a camping trip. Although it did hold up for the 2 days I was out there, the pegs that screw into the cross boards stripped pretty quickly making them loose. Sometimes I would have to stop a game just to tighten down the pegs again because they were starting to lean over. For the price I can't be mad. I'll find a solution to help with the pegs. It's an easy fix. I just wish the QC was a little better when they make them so I wouldn't have to make adjustments. All in all, it does the job but it's not the best quality. ... show more
