The product is poorly marketed, and my wife mistaked it as a new controller. Even considering her lack of knowledge of these things, this should be more clearly marketed as what it is. Refurbished. The charging dock, doesn't work properly. The controller needs to be repaired, I ordered a soldering kit and thumbsticks to replace them; because the stick drift makes it unplayable.     • DO NOT BUY! SELLING NEW BUT ITS REFURBISHED AND COME BROKEN
Controller came broken with the D pad not working at all. There is not carry case that’s suppose to come with it and no additional analog stick or addition design d pad that should be with the controller. Controller is a refurbish junk.

They didn't say it was refurbished it came wrapped in bubble wrap and most importantly it doesn't work. Two buttons on the controller don't even work it's crazy someone would even try to sell this thing for $114 with two buttons not working one being the start button. Amazon needs to do a better job of who is on their page selling things. ... show more

This thing came wrapped in plastic in a small box. The sticks stick and do not move freely and it doesn't turn on. Didn't come with all the parts or original packaging. It must be a "refurbished" product that hasn't actually been refurbished. Save your money. It's a bad buy.
