This rope is light, easy to control and, mot importantly, easy to adjust. I like ropes close to my body so I usually end up trimming often until I get where I want, and this rope is easy for that.

I do not usually write reviews, but I know that if I were someone who was trying to get better at crossovers in Crossfit, I would want a real review. I am a good jump roper, very proficient at double under's. I was trying to do crossover single unders with my double under rope and it was very challenging. I purchased this rope and on my first training session was able to do 3 sets of 64 crossover single unders only tripped up two times. Heart rate was very elevated during these rounds as well after doing Dbl. DB Box Step Overs & Dbl. DB S2OH in the midst of a 60 minute piece. Highly recommend as it is an inexpensive way to wash away the worry of how you will do on crossover single unders. Best of luck. ... show more

    • Turns Slower than my PVC rope - But that’s a good thing!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been putting off buying a beaded rope for awhile but I do know that the mic release is easier with the beaded rope, and I want to practice that move. The weight feels great and turns slower than my PVC rope, but this is actually a good thing. I am very picky when it comes to jump ropes, and I gotta say, I’m not disappointed with this one at all. I bought this specifically to work on crossover jumps. I am 5'4" and removed 20 beads, and it works fantastic. I was only able to string about 4-6 with my speed rope; but with this rope I was repping out sets of 20+
