  • Great results and Customer Service
Size: Standard
I’ll be breaking this review into two parts; Magazine and customer service. I ordered two of these beasts and had a absolute blast playing as a medic and using the mobility and lightness of a sidearm to maneuver to teammates. The extendo allowed me to lay down suppressing fire for myself to move and still have a whole 10-12 BBS left to continue onwards. I had zero leaks with this magazine for the two vigorously days I used it. The Allen key slot is a deep well in the mag and lets you tighten the Co2 down faster and resulted in saving tons of Co2 during the initial puncture of the canister. I Had zero feeding issues and got through about a magazine and a half before needing to change the Co2. Quick side note- please take time to oil your magazine and pistol after you’redone playing for the day, it’s important to keep the o-rings lubed up to prevent it from cracking and creating leaks. There’s tons of videos on YouTube to look up! You can even put a drop of oil on the first Co2 cartridge of the day to really keep it lubed up! Customer service- I ordered two of these magazines and only received 1. The package listing was for both so I quickly contacted the company through Amazon, explained the situation and in LESS then 24 hours had a email from Black Ops Paintball and Airsoft telling me they were sending the magazine to me ASAP. Zero hassle, Zero arguments. They made a honest human mistake and owned it very professionally. I received my second magazine about 6 days after the email and couldn’t be more excited to take it out to battle this weekend. All in all I’m very impressed with this extendo clip and more impressed with the customer service. Stay safe and I hope to see you all out on the field ... show more

  • Leaks, cartridges don't fit? Try a different brand of CO2.
Size: Standard
First off: Allow me to say that I am very happy with this magazine. The 27rd capacity is quite a kick and rather fun. Second: As others have already noted, there is room for dirt to enter the mag where it protrudes below the grip, but that's not that bad. As for the stiffness, that is quite common with the Colt 100th Anniv and Elite Force style mags. I should know, I own 8 various such mags. Now, for the final issue: In some reviews, some have claimed troubles with 12 gram CO2 cartridges leaking and / or not sitting / seating properly in the magazine. Not all 12gram CO2 cartridges are the same diameter. For instance, Crosman brand are larger in diameter than Daisy brand CO2 cartridges. Those such as Daisy, fit this style magazine well, without the various troubles described. When using such as the Crosman brand, due to their larger diameter, have a tendency unless very carefully installed, to twist to the side as described by some, and to leak. I discovered this issue with my first 1911, for I had Daisy brand cartridges when I first got it and all was well. I bought some Crosman brand, and issues as described by others appeared. The problem is not with the magazines, nor with the CO2 cartridge brands. It is a simply the tolerances of the 1911 and this style mag and some CO2 cartridges being a little larger in diameter. Knowing this, I use such as Crosman brand in other airsoft weapons, and use smaller diameter, such as the Daisy brand, in 1911's with this style mag. Apply a drop of Silicone oil to the tip of every third CO2 cartridge you install to help protect the seals and prevent future leaks. Do not over oil. ... show more

  • High quality metal, fit perfectly in my 1911
Size: Standard
I bought the 27 round mag for my elite force 1911 government, and at first I was worried it wouldn’t lock into place, or was too long, but it arrived at fit perfectly. Have yet to shoot it, but if you are concerned with compatibility it is likely compatible with any co2 elite force 1911, of which there are several. ... show more

  • feels sturdy +CO2 is held sturdily inside Cons
Size: Standard
Solid chunk of metal, works as described. Fits in my KWC 1911 100th anniversary edition. Plastic head that pushes BBs into the gun can bend forward and not push the BBs upward if you overload it -- so don't put more than 27 rounds in! Leaks a little, but so do all my other mags -- just use plumber's tape on the CO2 cartridge to fix. Pros: +Holds 27 rounds +Solid metal, feels sturdy +CO2 is held sturdily inside Cons: -BB pusher can bend just enough to stop feeding BBs into the gun IF THE MAG IS OVERFILLED - so don't overfill it! -Can leak, although it can be easily fixed with plumber's tape (also happens on all my other 1911 magazines, so it could be the CO2 cartridges) ... show more

  • These magazines are fantastic, you just need to know how to use them.
Size: Standard
There are a lot of people complaining about these mags. People claim that crossman Co2 don't fit into these magazines. I have shot over 90 mags using crossman Co2 and have only experienced two instances of misaligned Co2 which was due to human error. The reality is people don't screw in the cap far enough. for each magazine you have to make sure its properly seated and then screw it in very tight. another factor is applying pressure on the cartridge forcing it into the cutout on the side. These magazines will only accept Co2 on one side so don't be afraid of applying pressure to keep them in there. as for maintenance of the mag I cannot stress the importance of dropping 3-4 drops of food-grade silicone oil into the depression where the cartridge will fit into. (Do not use thick silicone grease or aerosol based silicone) The white seal around the puncture point is what keeps your mags from leaking and gives you much better performance if you apply the silicone every time you insert a new Co2 capsule. I have had two of the magazines for almost a year and have yet to develop and problems with leakage. finally, cleaning the mags are quite easy as all you have to do is unscrew the two screws in the base plate and then you can remove the spring and the guide rod and with a few q-tips be able to easily clean out your mag. Overall the magazines are just a better option then the stock magazines offering a 10 round increase in capacity for a few dollars more. ... show more
