I was so excited to receive my product. I’m going to try to make my own foam for my coffee. I received my product within a few hours. Price was such a good deal!! It was packaged nice and nothing damaged. I really liked that it came with a stand and a small beater as well. The frother came with instructions on how to replace the beaters and how to insert the batteries, that part was really helpful. I ran into a little hiccup with the frother not working properly. They provided an email & number to text for support. I decided to text. Sherry (buisness opener) responded so quickly and she was able to help me fix the small issue. She mad it so easy. You don’t get good customer service like that often. That was a huge plus. Yea one might be like, well there was an issue so should I even buy it. Answer is yes!!! Nothing is perfect, but the fact that I was attended to quickly was A++ in my books!! I prefer to support a small business than a big company who doesn’t care about me!!! I got the gold one and it came in good, however, I noticed few pros and cons listing below you may want to take a look. Pros: - Well finished. - Powerful (Little too power full for the whisker so be careful about whisking eggs) - Comfortable grip - Comes with stand and additional whisker as shown. Cons: - The switch is not single press on and off, it's just keep pressing until you're done so if you need more time to whisk or have thumb issue, this may not be the right one for you. - the whisker/frother connections are plastic so be careful while removing and re-attaching. I'm also doubtful about the longevity because of that. I've seen such connections cracked before. - Rods could be an inch or two longer, difficult for 10+ oz glasses. Verdict: If those listed issue is not a biggie for you, I find it very good for the price! ... show more

Let me first state the original one sent was defective. The batteries did NOT fit snuggly into the compartment and when it would turn on (*IF* it turned on at all) it wouldn't stay on! I thought it was a design flaw and debated if I should even get a replacement instead of a refund... but I figured I'd try one more time, and I'm glad i did because it actually is a good little frother/mixer! Now, it's for sure not the best, but if your just using it to froth milk and/or mix drinks it works beautifully. It states it can mix upto 5 eggs. I simply did not find this to be true!!! It had a very difficult time mixing them. Especially in the beginning when they were just cracked and put into the bowl. Then even after adding water and whisking by hand, it still struggled to throughly mix them. Another thing I do not like about this mixer is that the little clip on theside that holds the whisk mixer... does NOT fit to hold the milk frother!! Seriously, it seems so ridiculous to not have these two attachments both be able to fit the clip!!! All-in-all is a fine little hand frother/mixer that works well at frothing milk and mixing thin liquids. If you do happen to get one that the battery compartment doesn't fit your batteries snuggly definitely send it back for a different one, but knowing my luck, I probably got the one out of a zillion that had that issue! 😉 ... show more

I've had a few other milk frothers that are similar to this one, but this has been much better quality than the others. The doublewhisk is a bonus, but overall the motor and construction seem to be where the quality stands out. The design also allows for you to swap out the whisk which is different than other models - that's also where the other models I've had would break so this is real improvement in design. Battery cover tab is weak, and can break easy. Two battery unit works very well, blending better and lasting longer between battery changes. Comes with two different frother blades. Stand works well but would be better if weighted at the bottom, as it tips easily if bumped. Great price for the product. This is my second one. Only replaced it because my grandson got it and broke the frother blade off and I prefer the wisk frother over the alternate. Keeping the original "just in case". Excellent value. Quick delivery. Very easy to use, nice to put on the counter with the stand that's included. Have used for 2 months on the same battery. It's pretty fast, but the more liquid in the mug the harder it is to going. Though that could be the same with others. Overall, very much like it for the amount spent on it!

We bought the frother to make our coffees better. Literally game changer. It was as simple as putting the batteries and using it! It recently stopped working. I changed the batteries and nothing. I literally texted the customer service number on the frother. Within a couple of minutes I got an answer back and the support I needed. Sherry was very helpful, kind, and quick!!
