I really like the ease of use and how sturdy it is. It very easily mounts to the microphone and moves with it as well as helps to greatly improve the quality of the microphone.     • Much better than my old filter!
If you're unsure about the purchase, or are not sold on swapping from another filter, I recommend doing it! I had another pop filter that worked fine, but it was constantly too close to my face, or blocked too much of my screen for my liking. This fits my Wave:3 perfectly, isn't invasive with my space, and works well for reducing those unpleasant p's, t's, etc. It hooks right on, is easy to remove for dusting or cleaning, and has survived a good number of accidental smacks from me. If you have a Elgato mic, get this if you plan to sing or talk directly into the mic. Sound quality is clear and no more pops and loud S and P's. And it makes the mic look cooler, like you are a professional gamer, but in reality, you're a loner sitting in a room playing games by yourself. hahaha, J/K.     • Not Sure If It Works but I Like The Way It Looks
Elgato is one of my favorite companies when it comes to streaming and content creation. I have many of their products. Just like this pop filter it is a bit pricey for what you get. 30 bucks for a piece of plastic. I'm not sure if it works but I do like the look it gives my Elgato Wave 3. It installs very easy it just snaps on. It has never fallen off in the year I have been using it. Outside of me knocking it off or pulling it off. The material its made of seems to be some sort of polymer. you do have to clean it since dust will start t build up over the filter. I still don't think this is worth the 30 bucks though. If it was 20 than I could see it. Still not sure if this is needed since you can add VST to the Elgato Wave Link software. I think these is for those that want to update the look of the wave 1 or 3. If your audio is fine this isn't needed. ... show more

It's designed for the Wave 3, so it's definitely compatible (and works great, fits perfectly). But won't work with other mics. That being said, it's arguable on whether the mic needs it because of the filter it already has. But it looks cool and gives those filters less to do. I mean the mic sounds great! And if you are streaming with it you're going to have your voice be all over the place. So give yourself the buffer. ... show more
