The versatility of this is amazing. It allows me to angle my webcam from almost anywhere on my table. This includes the help it gets from the Elgato Master Mount L. In the picture, I only show 2/4 arms that it comes with. But all together it can reach a total length of around 2ft. They are all extremely sturdy and don't feel cheap.     • I got this arm to add on to my existing Elgato key light arm.
I am actually using the key light as my desk lamp and it works perfectly. As I have a very wide desk about three feet in deep, the light does not seem to extend to the area closest to me. By adding only the longest part of this extension, I can extend the coverage of the light to my end of the desk perfect. Please note that as the key light panel itself is heavy, adding multiple parts of the extension arm does not seem to support its weight. ... show more

Theres really no point to getting this unless you want to waste more than you need to but its a good product for what it is

I got a couple of these kits one for my teleprompter and one for my microphone, allows me to have everything hanging off of one mount, I got a couple of the long arms for the lights, nice setup.

Works great. I was worried that it wouldn't hold my mirrorless + a heavy lens but it does so just fine, very stable and no worries about it losing grip. Great product from Elgato! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it can be hard to get the right length for an application, it would be nice if one of the segments (ideally the longest one) had some telescoping so that you can get the length just right without resorting to trying to set up the various segments in some crazy kinked pattern to get there. ... show more

I'm a content creator and I've tried many arms. Elgato and smallrig have the best quality. If smallrig doesn't have what I'm looking for I look for Elgato. If Elgato doesn't have what I'm looking for I checkout smallrig. Great arm extension.

Must have if you have multiple monitors and you trying to get a good angle. With these extensions i was able to move my camera closer to me while still being mounted behind my monitor. MUST BUY
