A masculine pattern, soft, and they have a cell phone pocket on each side for your phone, snacks or anything else you might loose in your bed. I am amazed at how nice these sheets are for the price. They are very soft. I was surprised to find extra elastic strips under each corner and cell phone (or TV remote) pockets on each side. They are at least as nice as sheet sets on which I have spent more than 4 times the money.
