It’s mmm I’d say it’s a little on the salty side but it’s taste good now if I had to compare to the good ole liquid IV that stuff it’s sweet compared to this one. It has a good balance of sweet and salty but if you’re like me and not used to salt it can be a little bit of a shock at first. I’d honestly recommend the more salty product if you’re going to be doing a lot of exercising or sweating in general. If it’s too salty you can always dilute it. I think this product provides the right amount of vitamins and minerals to an electrolyte mix drink. However, the packaging on the exterior was sticky when I received it and I have yet to clean it.
