Absolutely horrible, horrendous, absurd, crappy product and even worse customer service from this seller! The desk would not go up and kept giving an error code. Spent HOURS troubleshooting it, taking apart and putting back together all to find it was simply broken! Messaged the seller to please just send a new motor and controller but no! They wouldn't even send a replacement desk! Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received! Now I have to take it back apart, repackage it, get it to UPS, wait for them to receive it, then get a refund so I can purchase a desk from somewhere COMPETENT!
