    • Quit working, contacted customer service and replacement being sent!!
Bought this on March 29, 2024, used it maybe 6 times and yesterday it started a high pitched whirring noise from the motor and it began smelling like burnt electrical wiring. The pressure plate within the handle broke too so it's floppy. Just everything broke at once. Contacted customer service and they responded very promptly and offered to send a new, replacement item.     • Good for lightweight jobs but not powerful enough for major cleaning.
This power washer had to be assembled but the assembly wasn’t too hard. It worked fine but did not have enough power to do the jobs for which we bought it. For example easing our deck to prepare for painting. It would be adequate for things like washing a car or cleaning off outside furniture but can’t do anything more demanding. ... show more

Item is advertised as 4,000 psi or more. The pressure handle list the max pressure in metric dimensions when converted is about half of that. The Gallons per minute are doubtful due to the small diameter hose. It looks like it might be of for cleaning siding and cars, but not for heavy duty jobs like driveways and such. I returned it since I already had a heavy duty Honda Gasoline-engine washer and a light duty Ryobi electric washer. Never got to try it, but it looks like it is well made with a few nice features ... show more

Thought it was going to be able to use this for business but turns out the costumer is happy even when using their power and electric! Just did a majorly good sized roof for this and the power washer did wonderful looks brand new now! Also did some repair work on the chimney before hand!

    • Poor quality and hazardous
The hose ruptured and injured my wife. The failure happened in the hose between the machine and hose reel. A section that doesn’t move or have much exposure. Seems to have simply been faulty.

This product worked great but only lasted a handful of times before it would not turn on again! Kinda disappointed for sure as it was light and easy to use.
