I have been wanting an electric whisk for a while. Before this product, I was using a mini whisk to hand mix my drinks. It often leaves my drinks unmixed and tastimg grainy. I got this item for really cheap on prime day and even with just one use, it was worth my money. Pros -works in seconds -creates a beautiful frothy drink -super strong (beware so your drink doesn't overflow lol) Cons -it does take two AA batteries, hopefully it lasts long -there are no instructions for how to clean it. (Don't turn it on under the running water unless you want a mess lol!) The whisk does not detach from the handle so you have to be careful not to get the handle dirty or wet. ... show more

While the notion of fancy coffee is lovely, As an animal rescue and rehabilitation volunteer I use this to handily mix up the powdered formulas for the kittens and to sneakily whip meds into food and liquids. The little guy does the trick quickly and is pretty well made and sturdy for the low price. I have been using this everyday for about 3 months. It started to lose its zip and eventually stopped working as other have stated. I took it apart and the motor was still good. Looks like it wasnโ€™t making good contact with the button pressed down. Maybe the heat/use warped the contacts. Anyways, I made some spacers by cutting strips of a bread clip and slid under each side of the contacts and it works like new again. 1 star off for the modification needed. ... show more

Now, let me preface this by saying, I use the frother daily to make my matcha. It works well and provides great blending. I also use it to make flavored cold foam with heavy cream and again, it works really well. I would definitely buy this for someone and recommend it to friends.
