5-stars! Finally a decent replacement ergonomic mouse for my use; reminds me of my old MS Intellimouse (4.0), a very good thing! I wear size ~9 gloves, and have been having a hard time finding a reasonably-priced ergonomic mouse which is not too extreme in its ‘vertical’-ness (so can be used for gaming with limited impact), which fit well in my full-palm grip. I tried out the L size, but that was too small; XL size fits my grip well, nestled fully in my palm. Weight is acceptable, not too heavy but also not too light - I like some heft to my mouse. Eneloop AA battery works just fine. The 5-button config is also natively supported in Windows, no need for extra software. The USB(-A) dongle worked fine, though I needed a USB-C adapter to use it; no disconnects I could detect. Used the mouse for both work and some gaming (nothing too extreme), works decently well for both. Let’s see how durable it ends up being, but feels solid. ... show more

So, it's a silent mouse, but there's some tolerance between the plastic mouse button and the switch below, and when these plastics move, that tap on eachother and make a sound that is louder than most silent mice I have used, but still MUCH quieter than most mice that have normal clicky switches. I got a small, even though I have a large hand, because I tend to hold mice in a claw grip a lot, and this mouse, so far, feels pretty great for that. ALL of the buttons are silent switches. Middle click, back and forth, left and right mouse. All things considered, I might pick up the large size just to see how it feels. The ergonomics on this mouse are among the best. It really helps raise your thumb, which few mice do, and it does so so comfortably. I wish I could rate it 5, but that gab making the sort of "tapping" sound defeats some of the purpose of a silent mouse. If you don't mind the sound, this may be the best ergonomic mouse at this price segment on the market. EDIT: There was a sale on these, so I decided to pick up the XL size too! Interestingly, it has a louder click, but no rattling on the button. I feel like I have more control over the smaller one, but the XL feels like it stretches out my hand more. Which, for ergonomic purposes, may relieve more stress on the hand. I'm surprised that you cannot use the same receiver on both. ... show more

I purchased and returned two mice before finally landing on this one! It tracks beautifully and is responsive. The grip is ergonomic, comfortable, and perfect for the way I need my hand to lay without being so vertical that it is unnatural. I'll be purchasing more for my other coworkers who were jealous of my upgrade when my old mouse broke for good and I received this one. The color is not white, it's definitely more of a light grey, however, it does not bother me and probably won't get as dirty as it would if it truly was a stark white. It's comfortable. Better than a vertical mouse, but it lags. The pointer lags. I even put in a new battery. Sometimes the cursor freezes up. It does this every 2 minutes, which makes it annoying. Everything else is fine.

I work from home and my mouse sees heavy use. When my old mouse stopped working I tried another ergonomic mouse but when it arrived, the plastic was cheap and shiny. I felt like my hand got a little clammy holding on to that mouse. I kept that one to use at the office, but tried again to find a better mouse and this one arrived to test out. It was very easy to get use to and the tilt of the wrist felt natural. I use multiple screens and scrolling around and clicking is just as intuitive as a regular mouse. The plastic is textured and just feels better in the hand to me. This mouse feels like a solid build. From using the size guide I bought the Medium and it seems to be a good fit. If I needed another mouse, this would be the one I would look for. A+ ... show more

Hello...this review is for the ELECOM Wireless Ergonomic Mouse. Despite the 5 stars I want to give the mouse for it's Ergonomic design and size options (the large size is perfect for me), the mouse is basically unusable for any extended sessions on your computer. At some point, the mouse no longer responds to moving the cursor, which makes it unusable. It is extremely frustrating when you cannot control the mouse in the middle of browsing, working, etc. It's unfortunate because the physical design of the mouse is very good. I am only giving this mouse 2 Stars because in the final assessment, if the mouse stops responding, it's not worth any significant rating. ... show more

I do really love how comfortable and quiet this mouse is. It has truly been a game changer. My only complaint is that sometimes it will disconnect somehow so I have to unplug the dongle for a while and plug it in again. Not the worst problem to have, but I wish it just didn't do that at all. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this product. ... show more
