Works well. Easy to connect to your computer. Sizing chart is nice my hand was right in between large and XL mouse. Wish I would have got the XL but the large works just fine for my hand. If you’re stuck in between sizes I would suggest buy the larger mouse. Super comfortable mouse.

I made the mistake of ordering this mouse at the wrong time, not long before going on a trip. Trip arrangements were complicated and I did not get around to installing the mouse for over a month. Bu the time I did, it was beyond the return date for Amazon. I do like the mouse itself. I bought it for it's large size and that did help with the carpal tunnel or whatever is causing the pain in my thumb. The mouse worked fine for about an hour but then it stopped, apparently losing connection over Bluetooth. I managed to re-connect and this time it worked for perhaps another half-hour. I repeated this a couple more times and then it would not connect at all. Meanwhile my smaller and older mouse has maintained its Bluetooth connection to the same computer. It has remained connected for more than a year in fact. I contacted the manufacturer by email and I did get an acknowledgement of my email. However, it has now been several weeks and I've not heard from them again. I'm losing hope of ever hearing from them about their clearly defective product. ... show more

Do not buy this product. If I could return it I would. It freezes all the time. Very inconvenient and annoying. I have to keep using my old one. It won't unfreeze until I restart my computer. I can't always do that. Not a good purchase!

Let’s start with the facts: 1. This is the only mouse that has a place for all your fingers. 2. Your wrist will be comfortably tilted. 3. It’s buttons are quiet enough 4. All buttons can be adjusted to a profile (e.g., photoshop) 5. It’s truly ergonomic and it doesn’t break the bank. 6. It’s a true multi surface device (blue light) 7. I’ve used it for a couple of weeks and decided to stop using my Logitech lift (vertical mouse). 8. Its precise and responsive enough for CAD and precision work in general. Cons 1. It rattles a bit when it’s shaken 2. Scrolling wheel is just average for a standard mouse. I feel like there’s plenty of room for improvement… 3. The app could be friendlier: installation was straight forward, but picking the language was not visually friendly. 4. You have to measure your hand’s length to pick the right size.
