Dishes came very well packed, not a single chip or crack. I shopped a long time for these, trying to find the right combination of pattern, place settings, size, and price. Finally found these and have been delighted ever since they came. My old dishes were mismatched odds and ends, mostly plastic bowls for soup or cereal because all the others had broken etc. These are GREAT. Wide shallow bowls are perfect for salads and pasta. Dinnerware is a nice set for casual and classy events. Didn't need or want cups. Count of 12 helps just in case I break a few. Nice brown color that matches everything. Because it's stoneware, a chip will happen which the warranty can kicks in. Price is right! Packing was great!

I don’t know how many different sets I ordered/returned before this one but it’s a keeper! I am very satisfied with these dishes. They are beautiful, have a nice shine, uniform shape. The box was in a box and they were packed very well. The bottom of the plates and bowls that sits on the table felt a little rough so we lightly sanded them to smooth a bit. Perfect! I was concerned the bottoms might scratch surfaces, but I don't know for sure that they would. I didn't want to take a chance. I like that the swirl and speckling is not the same on each item. It is handpainted so I don't want each one to look exactly the same. They are different enough but not too different. The dishes have a nice feel to them and they are a bit lighter weight than my last set of dinnerware and that is what I was wanting. They seem sturdy. I got the cream and it is a nice neutral--not too yellow (warm) or gray (cool). ... show more

I love how many pieces come in the set, and the plates look ABSOLUTELY amazing. They’re durable, beautiful, look just as they are advertised and they’re easy to wash and store. Such a great price too. 10/10, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a dinnerware set.

I wanted to order two Elama Gia 24 Piece Round Stoneware Dinnerware Set in Light Blue. But I decided to do one order first and see how it holds up. When it arrived, It was like opening a Russian doll, with so many boxes to unpack. This was a good sign because it meant the seller took great care of packing these fragile dishes. There was nothing broken. Two of the bowls had a really minor chip, but negligible. I am impressed with this dinnerware set. I am going to order another one.
