Needed 16, had to buy 18 but it all worked out. Supply chain got it right. 1. Broke one, had a spare. Yay! 2. Hit a dead end in 1 place so that the head didn’t seat flush. Had a spare (double yay!!) to remove and replace. • Lesson: trim 3 ribs from the pointed end. Too long in 3 other places; trimmed to fit. Notes: I located the shutter and dressed the shutter along the windows edge. I match drilled the hole in the shutter into the siding at the lower outside corner, and set the first shutter-lok in place. This served to hold the shutter in place while adding the remaining 3 shutter-loks. ... show more

Had a shutter come loose and ordered these since Home Depot was like 3x the price and would take a week. Arrived quick, the color was very close to the original which was great. Install can be a pain, but it all depends on how your shutters are installed. Still a 5* product.
