Almost feels like they threw a bunch of spare parts in a box. The top part is way lose and can't be tightened without binding the actions of the tilt top.

I will need to add spacers to the ends the rollers. It appears they were cut shorter than shown in the product photos and the end caps fall apart as it is. I will also have to weld a support for the shaft allowing it to tilt. Overall very loose jointed and wabbly.
