Doesn’t come with any instructions on how to set it up. You have to go to their website hook it to your laptop overnight. It took all night finally got it. Loaded on thought it was good. No now we’re loading again. Some other thing there’s no real clear. directions never got to play with it. Never got to use it. In my opinion. It’s the worst piece of crap I’ve ever owned. Sorry I bought it for my grandson. Never got to play with. It couldn’t tell you how it works cause I never got to that point no customer service phone number she can’t get no help they give you an email and you got all the support you can read and read and read and spend all day all Christmas trying to set up a toy that should’ve been already preloaded and ready to use have to go on YouTube to see if you can get any kind of guidance as to how to make it work and we’re still not done. We’re doing it again. We’re loading again. We’re trying to get it to work. we’re at 4.9% no yesterday when we did this, we were at it all day and end of the night and when I got done I thought we were done and now no we’re not. ... show more

This robot is way overpriced. It only does a few things and the one thing my kid liked to do was make it repeat after him alllllll day long and there's no volume for the repeat mode. Almost 200$ for a toy that plays a few "games" and repeats after you. He also dances i guess lol
