This was my first time buying fairy lights so I didn't quite know what to expect. I bought these and another kind (battery-powered) and these are far superior. They are soft and bright and I love the way the wire "tangles" to make a very pretty effect. You get a very long strand so there's a lot you can do with it. It's so great that these are USB operated and I don't have to worry about how long they'll last (I've already had to change the batteries of the other set I bought).
