My daughter uses this in the basement, garage and even takes it outside. It does take two people to be able to move it. Our boys love using this mat both indoors and outdoors. Lately it has been the favorite pool float. The only disappointment is after 6 months the air pump caught on fire while I was deflating a beach ball.

We bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is solid yet soft and stable, it allowed her to practice safely. A few notes though was that it is heavy and hard to store because of its size, but other than that it has been great for her.
