I had ordered this cooktop in April and after 6 months of frequent use, one of the burners stopped working. I contacted the customer support and they sent me a new cooktop. Very easy and no hustle. It arrived in 2 days and now it’s working perfectly fine.

This my back and forth with the Manufacture We have done that same result. there is no beep for any of the 3- double/triple, timer or pause feature they just don't work, Are you suggesting we should press the timer button or the pause button and wait for a few minutes as well do you think that's is acceptable? Yes, we recommend pressing one of the three button and waiting for a few minutes. Not press 3 function button at the same time. This will allow the electric cooktop ample time to react appropriately（attach your test video again would be great） ... show more

When we had a power outage, our unit quit working. Had it less than a year. Amy in customer service was great, responded quickly and the company is replacing the unit with no shipping charge. They even arranged it to arrive after I return home from a trip. Will update after it’s installed.

    • It works great. Just understand it's 220 a/c voltage and you have to know how to wire it in.
Fit our application perfectly. We needed to change out an induction cook top in our motorhome because my wife has a pacemaker. This unit fit the hole in the counter exactly and the induction unit was also 220v.
