This made really quick work of 7 screens that I inherited! You really need to make sure that you work very quickly though. The instructions say not to let the spray sit for more then 60 seconds or the emulsion will fuse to the screen: but I say work more quickly then that even. Quickly spray front and back and then use the wide spray on your pressure washer to get the solvent off (and most comes off with those first few swipes) then you can switch to the more concentrated strong stream to get everything else off. The photo shows what happens when you take your time. The one on top is how most of them turned out, the one on bottom is what happened when my dad distracted me by laying into his car horn behind me in the driveway. Didn't distract me too long, but long enough that the stuff on the bottom would not come off at point blank range with the highest pressure setting and more sprays of the solvent. Thankfully it's fixable! I'll just use that screen for a smaller design and put new emulsion over it. Overall highly reccomend! ... show more

I have purchased more expensive emulsion remover for reclaiming my screens and this stuff works just as good if not better. I do get a slightly harsher smell but it’s not bad. This quickly softens the emulsion so it can be removed. However avoid screen lock by not allowing the emulsion remover to dry on the screen. I like to wet my screen first then spray with emulsion remover. 30 seconds to a minute later I scrub the screen and all emulsion comes off. ... show more

I was a bit hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but price is great and some of their other products work well for me, so I gave it a shot. 1st try on a screen that had been used, washed and sun dried several times. Did not work - but then neither did the speedball remover I’m trying to replace. Emailed their customer service. They were quick to respond and helpful. Then tried it on screens as I would normally use the remover: burn a screen, not liking the results and wanting a second go, or some one off projects...the remover worked quite well and was very easy Work to reclaim the screens. I am a newbie printer and build all of my own screens. I decided to try this remover because it seemed less toxic and had great reviews. I kept putting off trying because I thought it would be an ordeal, but finally tried an this product is truly amazing! The emulsion literally melts off the screen, and I had used two different emulsions! The only drawback is not having a sprayer nozzle, so I feel I use a bit more, although I applied w a sponge. Literally dissolved emulsion in seconds. No odor, no irritaion, easy and unbelievably effective. I will absolutely use this product and again and highly recommend. ... show more
