Pain in the neck to put together . . . but. I think that the sturdiness of the item is much better than I. expected. It is made very well and even though I knew there would be no instructions, it wasn't too bad to put together just make sure you have a metric socket set to help speed up the process.

I had no problems with assembling this product. For those saying the surface isn't flat, they did not put it together properly. If you screw the top on lopsided, it is not going to have a flat surface when the arm comes down. Take your time and don't rush the process. No instructions, comes with a disc but keep in mind that a lot of people don’t have disc drive devices anymore. There is a video on YouTube (search Vevor assembly) it’s not very detailed but if you cross reference with the materials sheet that comes with the screen printer, then you should be fine. During assembly, i kept some components loose so i can line up the arm with the bench later. Annnnnd the screen doesnt lay flat no matter what. So i loosened the bed/bench and stuck some cardboard below and now we’re rocking. They say you get what you pay for, i get it. But it should at least do it’s intended purpose, which is where it falls short. We shouldnt have to apply these hacks in order to do the only thing it’s meant to do! ... show more

In May of this year I bought this machine thinking about starting my screen printing workshop. I had not used the machine until recently when I opened it and I was surprised that this machine is totally defective in all aspects. I think this machine was returned. For the same reasons and it was put up for sale again, as I was the unlucky one to obtain it, attached I put some photos of the state of the machine, which is completely made of metal. Now the problem is that I cannot return it or claim for it because I did not do it in the stipulated time, but I cannot believe that the people who sell these products have the courage to send defective products. I think I lost my money and I can't fix it in any way. What a bad experience I have had, I hope that this bad experience of mine helps others and be careful with what they buy from this VEVOR brand. ... show more

The directions, honestly throw them away. This is a self explanatory put together. Grab yourself some real tools to make your life easier and it will take 1 person 30 minutes or less to put together. Once you have it together do not tighten it until you get your center measurement and measurement on where you want the board out to. Once you find your center tighten the under bolts on the sides then tighten the bottom ones. Snug everything. You won’t be about to adjust your springs fully until you have a fully loaded screen on it. Easy put together and exactly what I need for my small space ... show more

Talk about this being confusing to set up! I agree with the previous reviewers, the sheet you get might as well just go straight to the trash. I was able to get the instructions from the product description on Amazon, which helped, but even once I assembled everything there’s still a pretty sizable gap when the arm with the screen comes down onto the platform. I’m going to use another, thicker platform in between to close the gap but this was incredibly disappointing. Even when it’s all constructed, there’s a lot of unevenness to the platform and screen and it’s borderline dangerous how the arm can snap backwards so aggressively if you’re not careful.
