I was surprised at how heavy duty this product really was! It was better than I anticipated. In fact, I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a few more for gifts for family members. There is no finish on the spoon which is perfect for food preparation, but it has a well sanded/smooth surface making it very easy on my hands.
