I needed a SMALL compact sleeping bag for a motorcycle camping trip. And it is. Squishes down very tight and is light. Yes that means that it isn't very thick or 'warm' but I don't motocamp in the winter (spring/ summer) and it was just fine.

I purchased this sleeping bag mainly because it's compact and easily fit into my suitcase. I needed it to sleep in an unheated tent for a couple of weeks at a campground about 45 minutes north of Hyderabad, India. We were told the temperature at night would be around 50 degrees, but for some reason, it was closer to 40 degrees. So, it wasn't warm enough for that temperature, but that's not the bag's fault; it is after all a summer sleeping bag. But we piled two or three blankets over the bags and were (nearly) warm enough. Also, it's quite narrow and may be more comfortable for someone with a somewhat slim physique. Altogether, it's a good deal if you need it for warmer temperatures than we experienced and your shoulders aren't too wide (as mine are). ... show more

Great size for hot weather but not very durable or warm. You definitely need something else if the temperature is below 60°f. You also shouldn't count on using the compression feature of the sack because it's so thin it will tare under pressure. If you want a bag that's small and will last you are going to have to spend more on something better quality. This is more for light use and fun around the camper than backpacking. ... show more
