Slept on it for about 5 weeks before getting a "real" mattress. It is not for extended use.. simple assembly and appear to be sturdy.. I weigh about 180 lbs... worked fine to support my weight. And it folds up nicely for storage.. it would b perfect for guests to use

This worked out perfect for company visiting for a week. It stayed open and available for little ones to come for the week end. Recently folded up and rolled easily to the garage to be available for future overnight guests.

I purchased this bed so I would have a bed when I went to visit my daughter. I cannot tell you how nice that bed was!!! I actually contemplated ditching my own bed at home and just getting one of these fold up for my own room at home! For the price tgat you pay, it is worth every penny! This bed is not too hard, not too soft but just perfect! It doesn't make noise when you're turning over during the night. The bed stays in position as well while you're tossing and turning. I bought this last year and it’s what I’ve been sleeping on as my primary bed. It’s not the most luxurious mattress but it’s not uncomfortable at all. I have the twin size bed adult, and I have had no back pain from it. I guess most people would buy it for guests but it works great as a primary sleeping bed. If you add a mattress topper it’s absolutely perfect! If you’re on a budget/need to save up for a bed frame and mattress this is a great alternative. I highly recommend! The only thing I would say is that there is velcro on the sides to hold the mattress in place so you can’t tuck your sheets in perfectly. If you undo the Velcro the mattress may slide side to side. ... show more

    • Beware of NO Hardware to assemble, manufacturing error and poor quality control
The bed is decent once assembled and the mattress comfortable. A little difficult to fold for one person. The included cover fit nicely. HOWEVER, this was after I had to obtain hardware from a local store because NONE was supplied. At least it included the instructions. The missing hardware was four M6x35, six M6x15, allen wrench and a small wrench according to the instruction booklet. Most places like Lowes or ACE has them. Part of the construction is to assemble the frame ends. One installed without issue, but the other not so much as the bracket was drilled incorrectly not allowing the frame end to be inserted. I purchased a smaller diameter screw and nut that worked. It was either that or drill out the holes, but that would have made it too loose. Obviously after unboxing this product returning it was out of the question. THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION so you are on your own. Otherwise, not a bad bed once you get past the sloppy quality control. ... show more
