I initially got it for energy and focus but I'm surprised on how beneficial it has been for my digestive system. Since I've been on this mushroom coffee mix, I've noticed I can focus more and am more energized and I'm so thankful for how it has improved my digestive system. I have a very sensitive stomach and I get bloated or sometimes my stomach starts to get irritated easily with certain foods. But to my surprise, this mushroom coffee has improved my digestive system. I know everyone may react differently to it but for me this mushroom coffee mix is a life saver and has been a positive experience. The taste is great. I tried this to see what the hype was about. I have loved it since day one. No headaches for the switch because it still has caffeine. All the nutrients have made me feel like a new person. The ginkgo has given me great mental clarity and the other ingredients have provided me with a great dose of energy for the entire day. Including my daily workouts.
