I needed a towel that could be used while traveling in Europe, both for the beach and for everyday use. It was large enough to be used to lay out on at the beach and to be used as a body towel. It also has fun designs, so it was a bit more fashionable! I also only brought a backpack, so I was worried it was going to take too much space, but it didn’t and it was easy to roll up, which was important for me. It is also lightweight for its size, and dried quickly if laid out. However, it doesn’t dry well if it’s hanging by the string on a hook. Therefore, if you’re staying in hostels, don’t put it on the hook, instead lay it over a rail on your bed. Also as a microfiber towel, it’s not going to feel as absorbent as a regular towel, so keep that in mind. But compared to other microfiber towels, I feel like it dried me off better than others I have used. Overall, I would recommend this towel for those who want to travel or just want a light weight towel! ... show more

Towel has worked great from when I have been travelling. Many comments about how cool it looks. Comes with its own little bag so great for when taking trips. Its has a different feel to it as the material is lightweight but still has great absorbency. Drys quickly too. Highly recommended

These towels are lightweight, quick drying, and worked great on our two week vacation at the beach. They pack down quite small, which is great when you’re limited on space. It has a button clip, which is nice for hanging up to dry. The texture is kind of like microfiber, but without the sticky-to-dry-skin feeling, which I appreciate. Definitely like a tech towel, but much bigger than what you get at REI or something. Definitely recommend. ... show more

These towels are exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and not bulky so they are easy to pack for a quick weekend beach trip without taking up too much space. The large size is great, storage pouch is handy, and I like the variety of patterns to choose from. I ordered two different ones. I absolutely HATE the HUGE logo tag on the FRONT!!!!! on the back, ok I get it, but also ON THE FRONT?!?!?!? Checked the pictures and yep it is shown there but I didn’t realize it wasn’t just a brand overlay for advertisement. And it isn’t sewn on it is part of the pattern, so is not removable. ... show more

This towel was better than expected. Any bad reviews you read are completely wrong. There are reviews saying that the material is like a sheet. It is then but that is what micro fiber is! It isn’t your typical hook and loop towel that is big and bulky that stays wet. It is thin but it is supposed to be. The other reviews that say it feels cold on your skin aren’t valid IMO either. Lay it out in the sun and it is as warm as any towel and will be sand free and dry! I received this towel and was hesitant of my purchase after reading that it just pushes water around in your body. Those aren’t true at all. I used it after taking a shower and it dries me off completely in less time and worked perfectly. I then hung it up next to my standard towel and it was dry in no time. The one bad review that seems to be valid is the one that stained a white boat seat. I would suspect that that user didn’t wash the towel before first use. Other than that, it packs down nice, the pattern on the front and back are vibrant and awesome. Stays completely sand free and dries out quickly! I use it for every beach day here in Northern Michigan and will be getting my wife one as well. Highly recommended! ... show more

I bought 4 of these to keep on our boat this summer. These are amazing. The colors and patterns are what drew me to them and they did not disappoint. They are not a warm cozy towel like when you get out of the shower but perfect for drying off quick after getting tossed from the tube behind the boat! We hang them on the rail of the boat by the little hanger and snap and they dry in about 20-25 minutes. We just spent 4 days at the lake and our towels were the only ones of all of our group that dried out and were comfortable to use again the next day (and later that day for that matter). I would buy these again but after using them all summer we may not have to buy again because they have washed up great each and every time we’ve used them at the lake. They fold up so small and are the perfect size to store in the boat and not take up space. Bottom line, we love them. They look and have performed better than I would have imagined for the price. They are every bit as good as the $50-60 options for this kind of towel. ... show more

This towel did not disappoint. The size is large enough to be a beach "blanket" and thin enough to fit into your smallest suitcase. Also, I noticed that 4 other ladies in my group of 12 had one of the other towels in this collection. All have one side black and white, but you are really choosing the other side when you make a selection. In the heat of Mexico, the 5-min. dry time turned out to be about 2 min. In fact, after washing, if left in the washer, it will also dry in under 5 minutes. The loop is a great piece on this towel, as you can hang it to dry easily on any hook - it will still dry super quickly. (And it absorbs quickly as well) ... show more

Not only is it beautiful, light weight and dries quickly but it does not hold on to any sand / dirt. She couldn’t say one negative thing about this towel.
