*10/2/24 UPDATE UNDER FIRST REVIEW* (1): When the speaker arrived I instantly put it to use. It worked straight out of the box and was pumping out tunes for less than ten minutes last night before I brought it along for a holiday. I charged it last night, the red light lit up indicating it was indeed charging, and it refused to turn on this morning. Thinking I had plugged it in incorrectly, I plugged it in once more and the red light turned on, and I left it alone while I took a nap. I tried to turn it on in hopes of connecting to it my phone, but alas it didn't power up. I'm not sure whether this a defective speaker or if I'm simply doing something wrong. I'm woefully displeased at this point, but I'm determined to see if it will work after a third attempt at charging it. Fingers crossed. *UPDATE: (2) My first review is no longer valid. It was user error not the product (figures lol). I've learned the ins and outs on how to properly change settings on the device as well as figured out why the speaker wasn't powering on. It was fully charged, but I needed to push the power button at just the right spot for it to turn on. It's difficult to explain. If I push down on the power symbol directly it won't turn on (same thing with changing the light effects and volume buttons), but if I push on it from the corner of the symbol it turns on. Not sure if the silicone is misaligned with the buttons or what, but now that I've figured it out I have zero complaints. I'm exceptionally pleased with the sound quality for something as inexpensive as this speaker. It's not BOSE obviously, but I love it just the same. I'm considering buying another one if they're able to link up with one another for a fuller sound. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Sound quality is OK. The bass is a bit weak. The lights are cool as you have many options. There is no real strobing effect that ties into the music beat. The two of them together pair easily and sync up nicely w lights. Cool item, kids would like it. Not going to give great deep bass though. They are waterproof and float. Sounds sounds great, perfect small size, fits in hand, fun colors, easy to use and hook up to phone with Bluetooth. Only complaint is that the buttons are black so it is hard to see what button is what. I traced the “+ / -“ buttons with silver sharpie so I can see them easier.

I like the little guy. I'm happy with the sound. I rarely pay attention to the lights, but the seems to work just fine. The charge seems to not last as long as my other speaker, but enough. My only issues is myself. This is because it's small and I tend to set it in awkward places. I probably should have gotten a color that is noticable.
