Used it for chicken nesting boxes. Chickens kept kicking the flakes out and eggs would be dirty when I got them. Started using these for about a month. These nest box pads are great for our hen house. Makes clean up so much easier and they last for months. I have tried other brands, but this has the highest quality and thickness. Our hens scratch and fluff them to their liking. They approve!

Over all the nesting pads are nice but there is glue and paper there between them. Is that really necessary because you can kinda smell it in the pads. But they are good.

Perfect size, trip to size if need. Thick and softer than I thought. Worked great for my hens! Easy to put place into crates! Sturdy and flexible! Insulation my simply placing into create. Stable and not moving around too much with the hen scratching.

My girls like to scratch and shape their nest. These pads are great. They stay in place and the hens can still shape them. I have tried Eco Flake shaving and Hay. The hens usually scratch those out in about two days even with guards on the boxes to keep them from doing that. Definitely worth the money. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. ... show more
