I started powder coating at home for very small parts (3 inches in length at most). This powder coating gun works fantastically if I pre-heat the metal first but not very well if I rely solely on the static charges. I’m not sure if that’s normal for small parts, but I’m guessing the low voltage is a big factor there. ... show more
