  • Awesome unique instrument for budding musicians!
Color: red
I got these kashakas because we have a budding musician in our household that is enamored with any type of percussion instruments. These are really great for them to learn and play with. They seem to be sturdily made, capable of withstanding kid enthusiasm without breaking or buckling. They are very colorful which helps get the attention of a bored kid. They sound a lot like maracas, with little beads inside that make a shakey-shakey noise, and there are tons of youtube videos out there that can help teach you how to hold and use them for additional sounds. Love them! ... show more

  • Nice percussive sound
Color: Black
I honestly do not know how to play these properly yet, but I can confirm they have a nice shake sound similar to maracas. The rope is nice and strong, and you likely won't have any issues with it breaking unless you are unnecessarily rough.
