  • Fantastic value for money!
If you’re looking to spend around $500-$600 for a pool table, this is the one Ive been playing on it ever since i got it and honestly i still cant believe it was only $500 (at the time of my purchase) It looks really good, the cloth is immaculate and the leather used for the pockets are very good quality, though Its not all perfect, the leg covers are made of cheap plastic and i had to stick 2 metal bits underneath 2 of the legs so the table would be level, not sure if thats the table itself or if its just my floor All in all this is a very good table and was very easy to assemble if you have all the right tools, not a high end pool table but it does look like one, instead of spending $5,000 or more, for $500-$600 this is a very good buy! ... show more

  • Item was destroyed. Looks 10 years old
Style: Burgundy - Improved Packaging
Entire play area is faded or beat up. Wood panel chipping from top and the table is warped. Not straight, it curves. This product was not worth the money. Buy something more expensive. Complete trash. Bought insurance too and company said it doesnt cover the play area LMFAO! Yeah okay.

  • Perfect pool table for the price.
Style: Green - Improved Packaging
I looked at many different pool tables in Amazon and this one had the best reviews. Is probably the cheapest table of this size but it is perfect for what we wanted and for the price. It took about a week to arrive which was about 10 days earlier than posted. I was worried about the reviews about the condition of the pool table after shipping. Mine arrived very well packed, it had additional packaging which made a difference. I didn't see anything cracked or broken. It took three of us to place the top section on stools. I assembled everything by myself, it took me about three hours. Take your time, is well worth it that you do. It is so much easier to assemble the bottom part first then placing the upper section on top. It comes with levelers on the legs and two under the top. I checked the level on mine and it was on the spot without messing with the levelers. Overall, the first day was a success, will be updating review. I definitely recommend this pool table. ... show more

  • What you would expect for the price
Style: Tan
First off, this is the cheapest “large” pool table on Amazon. Don’t expect it to be professional grade. I went back and forth on whether I should buy a used slate table (and pay the price of the table again to get it moved and set up in my house) or something cheap and cheerful - and went with the latter option as I have young kids. I think this table will serve it’s purpose for a few years, and likely will then need to be thrown away. As far as I have understood from other reviews, you’ll never be able to replace the felt, so once that’s gone, the table is scrap. All this being said, the quality is a little better than I expected, and the table looks nice. Table arrived well packaged and with no damage, but with a tiny spot of glue on the cloth - a bit annoying, but not impacted play so far. I had no issues setting it up 95% myself (eventually will need another person to help you lift the table top onto the base. Took me about 2.5 hours to set up. Nothing was damaged, and all the holes lined up fine. A few screws to attach the plastic leg covers to the wooden legs could have done with guide holes to hold the screw in place for screwing in (so I drilled some myself), but otherwise all was easy and well explained in the instructions. Hardest part is levelling it, but somehow I lucked out after I gave up trying for 20 mins and it seems to now be level (according to my iPhone). I’ve only had it for a day so far, and here are my initial thoughts on playing on this table: 1) The supplied cues are rubbish. They are not straight and have terrible tips on them. Throw them out and get a couple of decent cues so you can enjoy the game. Luckily I already have one. 2) I got the beige cloth, and it is a little darker than I was expecting it to be, but plays well enough. The balls run pretty well, but not super fast. 3) The pockets are very wide and forgiving, making it a very easy table to play on (maybe a bit too easy, as it is making me look like a pro…) 4) The cushions are terrible and don’t offer enough bounce. I would say these are the real let-down of this table, and I would otherwise have considered rating it 5 stars (vs expectations for the price). You end up having to hit the ball far harder than you normally would to try to get enough bounce to get into the position you want. Overall, this table does the job and is fun to play on at home. I would have preferred to have paid no more than $350 for it, rather than $500+, but it is what it is. Whether or not I should have spent the extra to get a decent used slate table - time will tell… A slate will definitely have more re-sale and/or re-furbishment potential down the line. ... show more

  • If you want something durable and to last...look elsewhere
I researched the HECK out of pool tables before I finally just gave up and purchased this one. I will say...the feet are plastic which wrap around a press board 3x3 post, but they look pretty good. The top...cheap felt...no bounce on the bumpers....and came damaged. Amazon was great with a partial refund since it was still usable i decided it wasn't worth the hassle of returning. However, the sticks and balls and rack that come with it...don't expect good quality...or straight sticks for that matter. They are not very good quality. I will tell you, Eastpoint makes it very easy to get replacement parts if needed...other then the top. SO...the top...is of good quality. Mine is bowed and impossible to get it level as it is not a flat surface. I can get about 85 percent level, but there is a corner I just can't get adjusted to keep the balls from veering. the intermediate levelers in the middle of the table surface as nearly useless. Cheap structure on this table as it is all a press board. Which is like very dense cardboard. I would say if you can afford it...get a slate table. They come with better felt AND they can be refelted. These tables are not meant to be refelted. Also, the bumpers are usually of better quality. The ones on this absorb so much energy from the ball they barely bouncing without nearly pulling a muscle. ... show more
