Earth Rated has really done the work and made ease of use a priority here. The design of the dispenser and bags work hand-in-hand and make for a seamless experience. The dispenser is sleek, secure, and gets the job done. Each roll fits perfectly without wobbling or snagging. Its strap is secure and keeps the dispense from swinging a ton while walking, which is a plus. The bags are thicker than other brands, and while scenting wasn't a must for me, the fact that the scent isn't overpowering was a pleasant surprise.     • Really Good - But Maybe Too Much Hype

I struggled a bit with rating this product. Is it a good high-quality product? Yes. But they soooo over-market it that you'd think the dog s**t picks itself up. The dispenser is probably the best part of this purchase. Somehow it's just a better dispenser than all the other free or crappy ones I've used. It's easier to find the roll-end, grab the bags and pull them off, and the velcro and clip are better than I expected. The little velcro strap holds this really well on the leash, and that plastic clip... oh that clip is worth the money alone. Effectively the velcro holds this thing, and this thing holds the poop. I didn't think it would work well overall, but it actually does. I use it every morning and it's significantly superior to hold the s**t bag in your hand and not awkward at all. The bags though aren't are revolutionary as they'd have you think. They're decent bags, no doubt, but are they waaaay better than other bags I've used? Neh... They are maybe a bit longer, so it's easier to pick up the load without involving the side of your hand. And certainly I haven't had them leak or break. But most of the really cheap ones I've bough perform nearly as good. Also, they tell you it's somehow easier to open these bags then others, and I'm here to tell you that's dog s**t!!! They are just as much of a pain in the but to open as every other poop bag on the market. The ONE advantage is that they have some tiny writing that makes it clear which end of the bag is the top-side, so you don't try for 5 minutes to open the bag from the wrong end. But the opening part is just as frustrating. --- PROs --- - Holder is superior to all others I've ever used. We've tried the rest... lots and lots of the other brands. These are superior by far. We've been purchasing them for two years now. Easy to load, easy to tear-off, easy to open, thick enough, large enough for good sized "prezzies" and earth friendly. The new style dispenser is terrific as well. We love it and so do our two pups since they don't have to wait around long for us to get our bags in order. Smooth pull-out and easy to tear off. Much, much better than the older style. mments: I would buy this again for the bag holder. I was really tired of my old holders not keeping the bags out and having to take my gloves off in the cold to go in and fish them out. This 100% fixes this problem and holds on well. I bought it just for the holder so I’m satisfied, but the bags themselves aren’t great. These bags are great - durable and block the majority of the smell. I love that I can get the large quantity too - never run out. New feature is that the bags are labeled so that when you are almost out, the third to last bag tells you that you only have three bags left (including that one). Then you can be ready to insert a new roll and not be caught short on a walk. The bags are also pretty sturdy in that they don’t fall to the ground when you are picking up poop. Had a different brand and they were terrible - while picking poop, the bag would sag to the ground and get poop everywhere and make it difficult to tie the bag without making a mess of your hands. Not really a fan of the dispenser though. Purchased these bags in the past and the old dispenser was nicer. ... show more

I live in an apartment with two dogs so I use a lot of poop bags. And not all poop bags are created equal! I hate being “gifted” poop bags and then having to use sub par bags. These are not those poop bags! These bags are great. The bag thickness conceals smell better than most. They are also easier to open than most. They don’t tie off as clean but I’d rather conceal smell than have that feature since I go on hikes in the summer heat. They are opaque which is a feature I didn’t know I needed because life is too short to carry around a bag with poop visibly smeared inside of it. Last feature that is just chefs kiss is that there’s a sticker on the fourth bag left, giving you the heads up to bring a backup on the next walk. ... show more
