I purchased these and a pair from a competitor with essentially the same description. In the photo, the competitor is on the left and this product on the right. I prefer this product because: *the birch markings on these cover the entire tree including branches (markings on competitor tree only cover trunk, and branches are totally white) *these ended up being a little taller - a true 24" *the lights on this product are closer to fairy lights, they aren't chunky or stick out, however the white is a cooler warm white vs. the competitor with a true warm white glow, also competitor tree had 28 lights per tree vs. 24 on this one so it was a little brighter *I found the placement of the branches on the trunk in a position that makes them look better when spread out Overall, both products will work for me but if I order more it will be from this brand even though they are $5 more. ... show more

Love these lighted twig trees! They make beautiful addition to my Dickens carolers scenery! Plenty of light on each tree for its size. They really look like mini Burch trees in the winter season. It would be even better if it had a timer light option or a remote control to turn it on/off; and the light switch on the side of the base instead of on the bottom. Right now it’s just off and on switch on the bottom of the base, which makes it very inconvenient having to disturb a display. ... show more

Absolutely love the trees, I gave one to my daughter-in-law because she fell in love with them also. I have mine decorated with mercury glass eggs for Easter---- it will be a 4 season tree in my living room. One set of batteries lasted a week of 24 hr a day use. These make perfect wedding wish trees. I painted them brown (with acrylic paint and brush) and placed green moss over the white plastic base to go with enchanted forest theme. The wedding couple put them on the top of a book shelf after the wedding. FYI: Paint application is easy with a brush making sure to avoid the light at the ends.
