Let me start by saying that the experience of first receiving my Romeo PRO was disappointing…let me explain. I received my bike quick and was eager to start my riding experience. BUT…I soon discovered that the battery did not work. I used a volt meter and discovered it was not producing power. I also connected it to the charger but the charger would turn off. It became clear that it was a faulty battery. Here comes the upside…I immediately contacted Pamela at Eahora and the AWESOME customer service began. I was asked to provide some photos of the issue and once that was complete a new battery was sent to me. As soon as I placed that new battery on the bike. I have not looked back. This Romeo PRO is a beast and not for the faint of heart. This is not an average e bike. After playing with the settings, I maximized the torque and speed…wow! That 1200 watt motor gets me to about 38 mph and I’m not a small guy. The bike is a blast to ride. I’ve ride it to work and have caused coworkers to ask a lot of questions because this is not the typical e bike that is commonly seen riding around. All-in-all the experience started on shaky grounds but EAHORA’s customer service fixed it all. For people’s complaints about this being a heavy bike, it’s disclosed up front how heavy the bike is…should’ve got an average e bike then. Lol. My very first impression this is not a bicycle. First time owner of an e-bike. Lots of get up and go a little squirrely at times but I'm still getting used to it. Overall my thoughts are it's a little too heavy and not easy to maneuver also this makes it slower to stop. But it will definitely go with no problem up hills and over terrain. Should be able to take me to and from work without any problem. I wish you were made out of aluminum or maybe carbon fiber instead to give it less weight. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Rarely do my expectations get exceeded but Eahora is overwhelmingly wonderful . I purchased the Romeo and Juliet ebikes for my wife and myself. We are in our seventies and this going to open up some new horizons. The full suspension system is so very comfortable. Getting used to the controls is taxing but well worth the effort. ... show more

Before purchasing weight was a major issue for me but nowhere in description or anywhere on Amazon I could find this information. It’s a bike. How heavy could it be?! This is a nice bike but it WEIGHS A TON!!!! If you have to bring it up any stairs think again!!!

As a first time owner of a ebike, I had to do a lot of research and finally came across Eahora, I chose the X5 model and shipping was fast and came packaged quite well. Putting together the loose pieces was extremely simple, and the ride is really smooth and comes with many ride options. This bike looks beautiful and I get a lot of lookers, and it's super fast! And it's able to fold for those small storage spaces. Customer service is extremely professional and very quick to reply if you have any concerns or questions. Bike is great! Holds a great charge, bike is fast! I’m 240lbs an it still fly’s! My even fatter brother (320lbs) took it for a spin an hit high 20’s lol. Seller has reached out repeatedly to make sure I’m happy with it. It came 90% built so that was a breeze. The key goes in an awkward place that’s the only thing I’d change. This bike is awesome. It’s powerful, built like a tank and amazing speed. Great for commute, perfect for guys that are on the heavier side (260lb). I ride it everyday 15 miles one way.

    • A commuter vehicle more than a pedal e-bike

This Romeo/Romeo Pro fits into a class of e-bike that is more of a commuter moped/motorcycle than something you’re going to want to pedal, or even something that was designed to pedal effectively. What gives this away is the fact that the seat is not adjustable, so your leg does not even come close to straightening out, which would be the most efficient pedaling “stroke”, but rather your knee comes up so high as to have a flat lap. So don’t look this as a pedal bike, but as a commuter vehicle that squeaks in under the wire of what can be legally considered an e-bike. Oh, and the other thing that gives it away that you’re not going to be pedaling this with a dead battery is the 97 pound weight… that coupled with the fact it wasn’t intended to be pedaled efficiently destroy that illusion. That being said, this is an excellent commuter vehicle that economically and powerfully fills a niche void in the market. ... show more
