I don't know why is waited so long to buy c stands. The weight of the shaft is great. The legs are also heavy. When combined, this stand isn't going anywhere. Even the boom arms are strong and stable. I have two and love them. Much better than the cheap light stands made of aluminum. My only complaint is the bags they come in need better stitching. When I took them out of the shipping packaging the stands were poking out of the bottom of the bags. ... show more

The stand itself is great and durable and heavy. Seams like it will last long however I cannot say the same for the carrier. It’s so cheep and flimsy. Came torn and ripped. It is not strong enough for its own product.

I'm in the process of setting up a home studio and recently ordered this EACHSHOT C Stand to help with lighting and I was surprised. This C Stand by EACHSHOT C is better than I expected it to be. It's sturdy, Professional Grade and came in a carrying case (bag). Pros: - Great Value compared with other stands out there. - Heavy Duty, sturdy (just what I wanted for the light fixture I'm placing on it). - Came with sandbags and clamps Cons: - No instructions (I had to look up how to open the stand... no fault of the manufacturer). I'd highly recommend this stand to anyone who wants or needs a professional grade C Stand for their studio or office. I can see myself using this for years to come. ... show more

I don't usually write reviews, however I was very pleased by the build quality. Solid and sturdy stand, this is just what I've been looking for. The threads are lubricated, and the machining is very precise. In short, this is a SUPER HIGH QUALITY stand. The only minor issue is that the outer box they shipped it in was too short for it. They had to tape over the bottom with some of the carrying bag sticking out. There was no damage to the item at all, but hopefully they address this concern and package it better. It’s a great item to have as part of your gear. Very portable and sturd. The carry bag material is not so good. Within one month of use the Velcro has split out and the edges have torn out.

Been wanting a "C" stand for a while now especially when I struggle with getting the light position the way I want it with a standard light stand. Ordered one stand. Came in pretty quick. Packed well as in double boxed. This stand has some weight to it but not to say it is heavy. Well built and no plastic. Extends 11 feet and came with 2 knuckles and one extension rod. 48 inch. It is sturdy and holds a 110vac strob with softbox no problem. No sagging at all. Let's be realistic here folks. Safety is required and adding sand bags are a must. Buy em separately. Honestly I was a bit skeptical because of the price. I like this stand and picked up a second one. Some reviews are complaining about the carry bag being torn or threads coming out. I say fix it yourself. Pretty easy to do and remember we are buying the stand for photography and not necessarily the bag. I recommend this "C" stand for value. ... show more
