The cover is flimsy and tears like tissue paper. These pictures show major rips in the cover after 15 mph winds. If you compare the material of this cover versus other similar tents, this is super thin. Other brands are either vinyl or are made of much stronger material. If you live in an area where there is even the slightest chance of wind, DO NOT BUY THIS TENT. On the upside, it is very easy to set up. But again, make sure you secure the poles into the ground or the direct. DO NOT use the flimsy hardware they give you to secure it. if you do, your tent be fly across your lawn and into your neighbor's yard. ... show more

Easy to set-up with 2 people. Take down is just as easy. Disappointed the canopy does not have Velcro loops to attach to the canopy supports. It attaches at the corners only. It also means the canopy must be removed when taking down to avoid any pinching of the canopy. Overall, 4 stars!

Bought this for my son's after school program so they would have shelter from sun and rain. They love it, and the young man who works there is able to raise the canopy on his own. It seems to be quite sturdy, time will tell how durable it is in the long term.

We bought this awning to replace one that was many, MANY years old and well used. I always struggled to get the old one down but they have made WONDERFUL improvements on the release buttons that make this one MUCH easier to put down. Seemed as sturdy and durable as the old one and hope to get many, MANY years of use out of this one also. Wish they still made it in a 12' by 12' (straight leg - so 144 square feet of shade) but they don't. ... show more

This is a good quality popup tent. Sturdy construction, and unlike some other '10x10' popups for which the *legs* cover 10x10, but the canopy is only 8x8, this is truly 10'x10' of shade-casting canopy.

Compact and easy to transport. Easy, fast set up. Helps to have two people but can do or alone. Sturdy, nice looking. Provides adequate shade and shelter. Take down is as easy as set up. EZUp is the original brand and they provide a great product. We now have two.

Bought the Envoy last year on May 31. Out camping this last week, set it up and discovered a tear in the fabric. Searched for a replacement, couldn’t find any - including on EZ-UPs website. Chatted online with their support but they couldn’t locate a replacement either. Suggested I call Customer Service. I explained what happened and they indicated since it was within the 1 year warranty period (by 9 days), they would ship me a new one covered under warranty. The new cover beat me home - called Thursday, the new cover was here when we got home Monday! WOW! ... show more
