Okay so its not the worst. However, if you wanna evenly spread it don't count on it. The pigment is very weak compared to the glitter. My only complaint about this eye shadow is how small it is. So, "value for the money" isn't high on my ratings. However, it IS beautiful and it lasts all day and evening. I'll use it just for special occasions.

Glides on and stays put all day. Easy to diffuse with a brush and/or keep layering for a more intense color. I also use it over other shadows to subtly alter the color.

I love the ELF Metallic Liquid Eyeshadow (it lasts forever) and I love loads of other ELF products but this, glitter stuff, didn't last an hour...and it came off from the strangest area - middle of the eyelid not even an outer edge.
