I have only had this mattress a couple of weeks, but so far we love it! It expanded right away out of the box with no smell. I didn't get firm because I am a side sleeper, so I was nervous that it may be too soft. I was pleasantly surprised that it is nice and firm for a medium. It is very comfortable and has definitely been relieving our back pain. We had our old memory foam mattress way too long because I was so scared to buy a bed online that was untested. My only regret is not buying this mattress sooner. It is well worth the money! I got it on sale for Black Friday and I am so happy I finally made the purchase. I will update again if issues arise, but so far it is exactly what we were looking for and seems durable and well made.

First the delivery was earlier than expected. That was a plus. Within hours of taking the mattress out of the box it was ready to go , fully inflated. I was a little skeptical at first with sitting on the mattress that it may not be the firmness I was hoping for but that quickly went away after the first night of sleeping. The mattress was Firm but comfortable. Great height and supportive. Woke up with no back pains or aches , So far so good. I will see how it holds up overtime but as of now I am so pleased that I paid a fraction of the price for great quality!

The option I chose was queen size, 14-inch firm. Honestly, I doubted this mattress at first because it is memory foam and the price was much cheaper than well-known brands. I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it, but I wanted to try. When it arrived, it was packed in a box, and I really wondered if it could actually become a 14-inch queen mattress. I left it overnight in the living room, and it expanded into a full-size mattress just like it should. The firmness is intact even though it is memory foam. I usually have some ache in my waist and back, so firmness is important. I have been using it for four nights, and I haven’t felt any discomfort. I’ve been able to sleep through the night without interruptions, which was better than I expected. The height is also as expected, and I could make a very high bed with it. One thing I was glad about is that there was no factory smell. Many products or clothes that come tightly packed have a vinegar-like smell, but this mattress did not. Because of that, I was able to start using it right away without worrying about washing or airing out the cover. The cover itself has a nice color and design, but I don’t want to damage it, so I’m using a mattress cover and sheets on top.

Pretty good mattress for price. Expanded really quickly and no "new mattress smell". Quality seems great. It is extra extra firm its a very solid mattress so i wasn't sure about it. But gave it a couple weeks and have a softer mattress cover/pad on it and i love it. Me and my husband are both 5'10 and it is holding up well. No noise or movement felt when other move. Great size and height. If your on the fence buy it. My sleep quality has improved.
