OK I ordered this chair and got it like within a week. It came in two separate deliveries one on Monday one and Tuesday. When they put the chair together instructions aren’t very well. You have to put the foot plate on first oh and underneath the mechanism foot release is two sides to the chair OK so the instructions don’t tell you that the pocket on the lower sides go on the right side had we known this would’ve gotten put together in about a half an hour well they don’t tell you that so here we are trying to put this thing together anyway long story short we get it put together there are zippers to keep the pieces from sliding off like when you move the chair in the back slides out of the the metal pieces anyway very nice very comfortable. The heat works great. Massage works great. Just remember those couple of tips and make it so much easier to put together. I will give update if there are any problems . ... show more
