It would of been 5 stars but when I put the chair together the female part of the bolts that go into each side of the chair, we’re stripped, I then put the covers over them and the screws stripped so I cannot get the covers off to try and fix this…besides that, it would have been 5 stars. My only complaint is that the placement of the back adjustment knob chair support isn't clearly marked is on the left or right on the instructions, but I figured it out (it goes on the right). As far as the chair goes, it's great. Firm + strongly made. The wheels are also strongly built dual roller arrangement. The chair has the right combination of firmness where you need it. Since I commonly need more back support I've combined this with an oversized back fitting pillow bought separately which I recommend as a winning combination. ... show more

My teenage son loves this chair. He doesn't use the lumbar support pad because he thinks it's uncomfortable. Otherwise, I'd say he may be a little too comfortable in this chair. I know you parents understand!

When I eceived the chair, it was packaged securely in the box. But, upon opening it, I discovered the chair was dirty and stained, as seen in the pictures. Then, when unpacking the support pillow, I found one of them to be drenched. It was in a secure bag, so it had to be packaged like this. If you order a new chair, you aren't guaranteed to get a new one. When I began the process of finding out what the situation was, the Customer Service Reps at Dvenger were quick to respond, contrite, and willing to try whatever they could to make it right. Love the look of the chair. It's comfortable, but takes getting used to. My only complaints are: the base of chair seat is very flat and felt like I could slip out in the beginning. The chair needs more padding and the seat needs the proper "v" shape to support legs more and make you fit more into the chair. I also admit for people with wide shoulders, it takes some getting used to. I'm 6' tall and broad shoulders, and it is very much a hugging chair. Not uncomfortable, but takes time to get used to when you haven't experienced it before. The arms, although sturdy, they do wiggle a bit due to the intentional rotation of them, but they aren't as solid/stationary as they could be. Overall: I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I am still very happy with the purchase. Coming from a very over padded ergonomic chair, it has taken some time to get used to, but still feel it is great value for the money. I do think that this is not a 6-8hr a day chair, more like 2-4 max, but still a great value. ... show more
