This balloon garland was really cheap quality but it did the job, I blew up the balloons one day prior and the foil balloons kept deflating minutes after I inflated them and by the time I had set everything up for my event the small 5 inch balloons deflated keep in mind none had holes but this was for a 3 hour event so it didn’t matter too much anyway ... show more
