This one is well worth it even though it’s low price. Very pretty. The up and down function of the back is so comfy. I can sleep while hubby watches sports and sits up on the end. Got here quicker than expected. Was super easy to put together. Is soooooo pretty!!! The fabric is soft. Downside is that it’s not very comfortable. It’s not terrible but I wouldn’t call it a Netflix and chill couch. I still love it tho and would buy it again.

Let me start by saying the futon set alone is beautiful! And as a first time home owner the ease of instruction and assembly was just what I needed! But, I had to write this review to recognize this company for its service. And please bear with me in telling you why!!! Besides recently buying my first home a couple of months after my father passed away. That process alone delayed me getting this set, setup and for at least 2 - 3 weeks all was wonderful with it but a week or so past the return date one of the legs broke on the ottoman. And when I tell you between contacting the seller explaining my issue and that I just was hoping to get an accommodation and not a full return the timeliness of their response and offering to send me a replacement took at max 3 days. I literally reached out to them on Monday and my new ottoman arrived today, see in image. All I can say to this is WOW, you all made this process so pleasant and seamless I am beyond thankful and pleased!!! Purchasing with this seller is well worth it and highly recommended!!! Legs don’t screw in properly and after 3 months one of the back legs ripped out of the hole. The sellers are insanely hard to get in touch with. The seats are not comfortable idk who’s saying it is they’re lying to themselves. Where the couch pieces connect there is no cushioning so you feel like you’re sitting on a hard beam. unless you’re directly in the center of seat. Even if you want to lay down it’s not a consistent surface. It’s just not worth the money. ... show more

We have 2 little ones and we love to have movie/snuggle nights! We wanted something that is like a futon but didn’t want our living room looking like a 19 year old dorm room. We’ve had it about 2 weeks so far but it’s amazing. It’s sturdy. And it’s so comfy to lay on. Wasn’t as deep as we would prefer but it’s at least a foot longer than we anticipated! We can easily fit 5 adults on this thing, sitting. And can cram our family of 4 and our 100 lb lab on it laying down for movie nights. And be comfortable. I was able to move it inside, multiple boxes, and put it all together myself in under an hour. The deep green is just beautiful and matches our aesthetic so nicely. If you’re debating, just do it. I do wish it had more depth in terms of the seating part as I can’t comfortably sit in this unless I have my feet up and my head laid back on the backrest since it’s so low.     • Cheap particle board frame

This was a beautiful color, but was a cheap particle board frame, hard cushions and the fabric though beautiful didn't seem to be put on well and had wrinkles. The seller is difficult to work with. I was immediately sent a lable when I requested the return but after driving 3 large original boxes to ups, I found out that I should have received 3 labels. I immediately contacted Amazon in UPS parking lot, they reached out to the seller. I was expecting to receive the additional 2 labels within 24 hours, I reached out to the seller 25 hours later. Now 36hours later the reply but still did not send the lables after already approving return days ago. Now they expect me to untape, unbox, photograph and repack in the original boxes and second time before sending the lables? I have very few Amazon returns in my Amazon life. Do Not Order, unless you are prepared to be disappointed or okay with a cheap product that seemed it might survive 2 months under normal use of an all adult household. ... show more
