One of the legs broke in a day or two when my husband scooted his chair a little too enthusiastically. Kiiiind of comfortable but not particularly cozy, and not really something you could fall asleep on. The fabric seems like it's already stretching from regular usage. It does look absolutely wonderful in my living room. The color is even better in person and the velvet cleans up easily, even with two dogs shedding on it constantly. Ultimately I'd recommend it for someone's temporary couch, for a couch in a guest room or air bnb or for people experimenting with new styles of decorating, but keep in mind this is a "replacement in two to three years when it looks ruggedly" kind of couch rather than "I need to keep this furniture Kristen so I can keep it forever" kind of couch. ... show more

Arrived quickly and super simple to assemble. (My 9 year old son actually put it together within 30 min). Cushions are comfortable and the color goes perfect with the rest of my bedroom decor. Pleasantly surprised with my purchase!

We have 2 little ones and we love to have movie/snuggle nights! We wanted something that is like a futon but didn’t want our living room looking like a 19 year old dorm room. We’ve had it about 2 weeks so far but it’s amazing. It’s sturdy. And it’s so comfy to lay on. Wasn’t as deep as we would prefer but it’s at least a foot longer than we anticipated! We can easily fit 5 adults on this thing, sitting. And can cram our family of 4 and our 100 lb lab on it laying down for movie nights. And be comfortable. I was able to move it inside, multiple boxes, and put it all together myself in under an hour. The deep green is just beautiful and matches our aesthetic so nicely. If you’re debating, just do it. While this futon is affordable, I wish I could go back and NOT purchase it. Very cheaply made, not comfortable and it’s more for looks if anything. Lots of defects. We had to make our own incision to attach on of the legs, as it was missing the hole. The legs for the ottoman did not sit how it “should”. The legs of the ottoman were also stripped so it couldn’t be fixed, taken off, nothing. If you lay back the futon to make it into a bed, most times it does not catch and lock how it should when you’re turning it back into an up right futon. I had time to send it back for a refund but the process is a bit ridiculous. YOU have to pay for the couch to be shipped back, mind you this couch comes in probably 4/5 huge boxes and without a promise that you’ll even be fully refunded. I ended up selling it elsewhere. Much smaller than pictured, but I do love how comfortable it is! I do wish it had more depth in terms of the seating part as I can’t comfortably sit in this unless I have my feet up and my head laid back on the backrest since it’s so low. Look exactly like picture. Color is hunter green exactly the same as shown. All pieces fit. I did switch up a few legs to keep my seating separated. It is low seating. Foot stool low. Nice for the price! Sturdy and no smell!

I purchased the dark gray sectional and sofa. The color is fairly dark, but being that it's velvet texture, it's not too dark. The style is very nice and can go with a variety of rooms and designs. The set is designed with more of a firm feel, but it's not uncomfortable. The set has added a lot to my room. My reason for giving 4 stars is that the sets came in 6 different individual boxes that all arrived at different times, so I had to be available to receive them. Additionally, none of the parts were labeled and the instructions did not provide words to explain how to put it together, mostly pictures. As I purchased more than one item, we had a difficult time figuring out what piece went with the others. It took three adults to put these together like puzzle parts. Labeling and adding words to describe how to build these would be helpful. Once we figured out what pieces went together, the assembly wasn't too bad. All in all, I would recommend these to other buyers, but plan to wait for all of your boxes and be prepared to plan out how to assemble.
