I normally wear a 7.5, but got these in the 8 due to the other reviews. I’m glad I did because they’re big enough to wear thick socks for winter. I wouldn’t say they’re comfortable, but they aren’t uncomfortable. Let’s just say, I won’t be hiking in them unless I add some kind of insole. They are super cute and trendy and seem to be made well. I loved loved loved these boots! They look great and are so comfortable. However, three and a half months later they are falling apart and causing major foot pain. The insole has collapsed and shifted. The heel is coming apart where the fabric meets the sole. I usually prefer my shoes to last longer. I even changed out the insoles to see if it would help but it's a structural issue inside the boot after wear. I'm sad. I really loved these boots. ... show more

These are exactly as described. Not real suede but I'm going to waterproof them anyway. The reason for the missing star on comfort is only because I have tender feet and the balls of my feet needed a little padding. I wear a thicker sock and that does the trick. They are easy to get on and off and I love the zipper closure! I think they are going to hold up well. I've worn them 4 times already to the grocery store and just walking around in general and I really do love them. Very cool looking boot. I love how you can wear your jeans different ways with these boots. Very stylish! 2021~ EDIT~ Still loving these boots! I waterproofed them when I bought them and have worn them in the rain with no issues. If they get dirt on them, just wipe it off. I get most of my boots off Amazon because I am size 11/12 and that's hard to find in stores. Cheap boots on amazon can be uncomfortable or fit awkwardly. I've probably bought 10-15 pairs total over the past 2 years. These are by FAR the BEST. They look soooo good and are actually comfortable! And you can tell they aren't gonna fall apart anytime soon. I'm considering buying an extra pair just so that I have a life supply, hahaha ... show more

I did quite a bit of looking before I decided to buy these. Clothes and shoes can be a really tough purchase online and returns and exchanges are a pain in the neck. I usually wear a 7 but waited a bit too long and the 7's sold out. So, I got the 7.5 and that turned out to be perfect. I really love these boots. The fit is perfect. I like wearing thick boot socks plus my feet suck so I added some inserts for extra cushion. I don't think I need them though because these boots are super comfy. I sprayed a couple coats of weather protector on them. I get lots of rain where I live so I figured it wouldn't hurt. Anyhow, love the boots. Super cute. Chunky enough to be kind of tough looking but still girly enough to not be manly. I don't even get that "ugh, can't wait to get my shoes off" feeling with them. ... show more

Super cute, proper fit (I'm a 9 - 10 wide), but very hard to break in. They hurt my feet pretty quickly. I figure I'll get more use out of them in the winter w/ thick socks. A bit annoying since I bought them to go w/ my hippie skirts & such.
