Ordered this bed frame to replace an antique styled frame that was terrible. It looks great, was easy to put together (dont know why there were so many complaints about the instructions) and holds uo nicely. Now it is worth mentioning i added washers to distribute the pressure of the screws better, as a preparation of use. With an 8 inch thick memory foam mattress i do not feel the support bars, nor does it sag through the bottom. Occasionally i do lose a pillow between the head board and mattress but that is very rare. The headboard, footboard and shelf all appear to be made of a thick vinyl with wood appearance. I recommend drilling small pilot holes into these for the screws. Overall good quality frame with minor additions, Fits a queen sized matress very well and seems very sturdy. ... show more

    • Takes a while to assemble, but is not difficult to do.

This is my 3rd bed frame that I've assembled recently, and it is the longest one that I've done by far. I will not say that it is difficult, but there are more parts on avg, so it is time consuming. Took me about 2 and a half hours to complete. Other than that, it feels sturdy and comes with a lot of padding for the frame bars that reduce noise when you're getting in and out. This is probably the sturdiest bedframe that I've bought in this price range, so for me, it was worth the extra hassle. Just know that with the extra shelf on the headboard, it will be slightly longer than what you would be expecting if you're putting the back against a wall. ... show more

Looks amazing, sturdy, all pieces were there. Nothing broken. Very hard and long to put together. Directions could have more guidance on direction some stuff goes, wood piece didn’t fit in well on the shelf part.

This product was a pain to put together, but I adore the shelf and its a good quality. The only way to make it better is if it was real wood. However, that wasn't enough to stop me from getting it and I am extremely happy with the sturdiness and the overall product.

What a waste of time. The part supposed to be marked Q was completely missing. Useless without it. One welded piece was broken off. One screw missing. So much wasted effort and time.

All parts present and accounted for. Frame was easy to put together. It took some time to accomplish, as there were a lot of nuts and bolts. I'm happy with the looks. As you can see by the picture I assembled the head rest backwards and had to it apart partially and re assemble. Definitely will take a few hours to assemble but I got all my pieces and a few extra screws just in case. Shipping was super fast. Feels really sturdy.
