This piece of garbage didn’t even last one trip! I wrote to DUKAP and told them that one of the wheels broke off the first time I used my luggage. I requested a new luggage or refund. DUKAP sent me a wheel in the mail with no explanation! SERIOUSLY! It’s unrepairable and super unbelievable that DUKAP treated me like this. It’s a piece of junk and don’t waste your money because DUKAP doesn’t stand by their products. ... show more

I purchased this item and received it in good order. However when I brought it down the stairs it cracked across the bottom with little effort and was totally unusable. I had to go to the store and buy new luggage for almost 500.00 just to get the right size since I was leaving that day for my cruise. What a nightmare. And I did not return it because my partner decided while I was gone that it was garbage and threw it out with the weekly garbage pick up Sheesh!!! ... show more

Split up the side from one of the spinner wheels during the first leg of a flight from Charlotte NC to Ft. Lauderdale. Between flights I had to desperately find a luggage store to put my things into a new bag to prevent them from spilling out in an airplane baggage bay. Although this is being offered now by Amazon Prime at a higher price, I bought my bag directly through Amazon from Shopango. Despite the fact that my purchase preceded the bag's listing through Amazon Prime, with its generous return policy, Shopango nevertheless promptly accepted my return and refund request. However, the quality of this bag is quite poor, and I would not be surprised to see a gradual emergence of substantial numbers of negative reviews for durability.. ... show more
